Query Parameters

At the beginning of the month, I went in to my county public health department and got what is essentially my quarterly STI test. The lab is within walking distance of my apartment and the price is dirt cheap. The only problem is that they use a commercial website to post test results. Several of my providers also use this provider's website for test results. However, the county results don't show up. I finally got ahold of a human being and they told me that the test results from the county don't show up because they don't contain my street address. Yes, the join isn't perfect so results are being left out.
